Angel's Wish Founding and History
Angel's Wish, Inc. (AWI) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization founded in 2000. AWI is an all volunteer organization governed by a board of directors. The activities of AWI are funded by memberships, various fundraisers, and donations of money, services, and supplies.
Animal Care Standards
Angel's Wish has high medical care standards. All animals are spayed or neutered before adoption, vaccinated (rabies, distemper, bordetella), and dewormed. Cats are tested for FeLV/FIV; dogs are tested for heartworm and are microchipped. All animals are eligible for one month of ShelterCare Pet Insurance. 100% of adoption fees go directly to animal medical care.
