6TH ANNUAL WOMEN IN THE OUTDOORS DAY OF WINTER FUN

This year we are planning a Women in the Outdoors Winter event. Potential classes include Planning your spring garden, professional embroidery, making bees wax candles, making a bird feeder, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and more. A new class for us is "Back to the 1700's". The instuctors will be in 1700 period attire and will have a hands on class on the equipment used back in the 1700's for outdoor winter activities such as fire starting with flint & steel and shooting black powder.
This will take place at Deer Creek Sport & Conservation Club with registration starting at 7:15 a.m.

WHEELIN' SPORTSMEN TURKEY HUNT

This event is held in conjunction with the Learn to Hunt program and is free to participants with a disability. Each participant will have a mentor to go with them on a wild turkey hunt.
