The purpose of CHCWI is to provide workplace giving contributors the opportunity to simply fight disease, disabilities and disorders through workplace giving, and then get back to their busy lives. About Us
In January of 1999, the Combined Health Appeal of Wisconsin and the National Voluntary Health Agencies merged to become Community Health Charities of Wisconsin. The long-anticipated merger brought together the only two charitable federations focused on health. CHCWI remains the largest workplace-giving campaign devoted exclusively to simply fighting disease and has been a part of workplace-giving campaigns for more than 30 years. CHC of Wisconsin maintains offices in three state districts: the state office located in Southeastern Wisconsin (Greater Milwaukee); the Central Wisconsin (Dane County) branch office located in Madison; and a presence in Northeast Wisconsin (Brown County). CHC of Wisconsin is a nationally accredited affiliate of Community Health Charities of America. This relationship provides CHC of Wisconsin access to national campaign accounts, including Sears, Compaq and The Gap, in addition to the 43 CHC offices throughout the country. |
