History:
Family Enhancement programs are strength-based, parent driven and culturally sensitive. They focus on the unique abilities that parents possess and build upon this foundation to offer participants additional skills in their parenting roles through interactive parent education programming, networking with other families and access to community resources. Our programs use the latest research in adult education techniques to ensure effectiveness in delivery and retention of information. Family Enhancement staff have been trailblazers in understanding varying degrees of adult readiness for learning, learning styles, and tailoring material they present to meet the needs of all parents.
