Sharing Resources Worldwide

SRW's mission is to make surplus and recycled medical supplies, durable medical equipment and related items/activities available to needy populations around the world in order to improve the health and quality of life of the recipients and to empower the recipients to live with increased dignity, independence, and hope.

SRW accepts donations for its program that collects donated surplus medical supplies, gently used medical equipment, wheelchairs, walkers, prosthetic supplies, school and craft supplies, linens, and other items that would likely be destined for Wisconsin landfills.

SRW sorts and packs these items and prepares them for shipment to parts of the world where they are sorely needed, but not available. Since SRW has direct contact with the recipients, the organization is able to confirm that items are distributed at no cost to those in need.

The focus of SRW is:

• Shipping medical supplies and equipment to need-identified areas around the world.
• The Wisc/Nica wheelchair project.
• Medical mission to needy areas around the world with local medical volunteers.
• Identifying and assisting local organizations/groups that we can assist with appropriate items donated to our program.
