Our Service Project

We are very excited to announce that the Service Projects for 2008-2009 are:

Boys and Girls Club and Family Connections of Wisconsin

The Boys & Girls Club of Dane County provides young people with the tools they need to succeed in life. Their purpose is to inspire and enable allàyoung people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

Family Connections of Wisconsin, Inc. is a non-profit agency based in Madison whose mission is to provide opportunities to maintain and strengthen family relationships affected by incarceration.Their new program, Reading Connections, will allow mothers who do not see their children on a regular basis, or not at all, to tape record themselves reading a book for their children.

Service Project Chairs are: Jo Young, Cynthia VanderWoude and Beth McWilliams
